Thank you for visiting the Illumina Lighting website and we hope that you will be happy with any products you may choose to purchase.
ORDERING FROM US
At Illumina we aim to hold most of the items in stock and aim to despatch these goods within 5 working days. Occasionally there may be a delay in supplying the goods in which case we will contact you and advise you of the anticipated despatch date. However, no responsibility can be taken by us for any delay in supplying the goods although we will keep in touch to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. Please do not book the electricians to carry out electrical works until the goods have been received by you as we can bear no responsibility for their costs should there be a delay. No credit cards will be debited until the order is about to be despatched.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at sales@illuminalighting.co.uk before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
We only supply goods within the UK; if you require goods to be delivered abroad please contact us on sales@illuminalighting.co.uk for a quote. Please note that we cannot be responsible for electrical goods used in countries where the electrical supply/current is different from the United Kingdom although this does not affect your statutory rights.
A Contract between the customer and Colourboard Designs Ltd T/A Illumina Lighting & Interiors will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
DAMAGED GOODS
Whilst every attempt is made by Illumina to package our goods well and use reputable carriers, occasionally goods get damaged in transit. If you see that the package is clearly damaged on arrival please note this on the carrier’s document when you sign for it; alternatively refuse to accept delivery if it is exceptionally damaged. Please then open the package on arrival and report any damage or imperfection to us by e-mail within 3 days and we will arrange for it to be collected at no cost to yourselves.
RETURNS POLICY
If, for whatever reason, you decide to return the item please advise us within 7 days from receipt. This must be done by e-mail, fax or recorded mail and the goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. They must be re-packaged in the original packaging in the manner in which they were packed when they were delivered to you and must be in perfect condition. The cost of delivery must be borne by you. Refunds for the goods (but not for the delivery costs) will be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the items/s returned is faulty.
Please note that we are unable to accept for return any electrical goods that have been installed or items that have been used in any way unless they are faulty.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the colours is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
